Always make sure that you are catious and funeral reading is not overwhelming, because it might upset the bereaving relatives. A funeral readings should be written very gently and sensitively.

Writing about a person who is no longer alive is extremely difficult and writing about their death is even harder. A funeral readings should be not just writing down your feelings, but short story about the person and their journey through the life. Bereavers should realise by listening to the reading that they had the honour to live with an amazing person and a kind soul.
