Energy for Life: Part 1 of the Law to Success

The Law to Success Mastery program consists of 8 areas, that collectively form your Life Circle. The top priority among those 8 areas should be Health. After all, if you have great health, everything else in life becomes easier. Conversely, if you don’t have good health, everything else in your life becomes harder. So let’s talk about the Health portion of your Life Circle, the part of the Law to Success program called Energy for Life.

Adrian Law, the creator of the Law to Success Mastery program, uses the electrical frequency model to classify the healthfulness of foods. In this model, everything has its own vibrational frequency, with higher vibration rates being better. As you might expect, foods like chocolate cake and cheeseburgers have very low vibrational frequencies, with fruits vibrating faster, and vegetables fastest of all, making them the healthiest to eat.

After food, Adrian turns our attention to drinks. He cites a 2002 study in the American Journal of Epidemiology that showed significantly higher risks of fatal heart attacks when people are dehydrated. He lays out the quantity and types of drinks that are appropriate to maintaining your best health. He specifically and strenuously argues against consuming drinks that contain caffeine and alcohol, as these actually dehydrate you, making them harmful to your healthfulness, rather than helpful.

When he turns his attention to exercise, Adrian presents a simple program of aerobic walking as part of an 8-day Law to Success Mastery challenge. The challenge brings together everything you’ve learned about food, drink, and exercise to demonstrate the incredible changes in your energy levels that can come from applying all these changes immediately. Of course, if you haven’t exercised in a long time, you need to talk to your doctor before starting. But once you’re cleared to go for it, the challenge will produce impressive results quickly, giving you not only a fast start on changing your life, but new energy to go forward with the rest of the Law to Success Mastery program.

As you’ve just seen, the Law to Success program is filled with practical, effective steps you can take immediately to get everything you want in life. If you would like to learn more, please visit the Law to Success Review at http://TheLawToSuccess.com/

The Law to Success: Discover Your Purpose

Understanding your purpose in life is vital if you are going to be truly successful. After all, if you don’t know where you’re going with your life, how in the world are you going to find a satisfying path and destination. Do you think it is possible to be truly successful if you don’t know where you’re going or what path will make you truly happy.

The most successful people throughout history have all had a purpose in life, and their greatest successes came when pursuing or serving that purpose. Unfortunately, those of us who are not yet great are seldom attuned enough to our inner selves to know what our real purpose is. Fortunately, the Law to Success Mastery Program can help anyone find their true purpose in life.

You will probably need a significant period of contemplation to understand the meaning and purpose of your life. The best way to do that contemplation is by being alone, and being present in the moment. That means to find a place and a time where you can be alone, away from distractions like email, the telephone, music, or the TV. Simply sit quietly and clear your mind of whatever thoughts happen to appear. Doing this exercise out in nature is even better, as the natural world is a soothing and revitalizing place, ideal for this kind of quiet aloneness.

After a time, you will learn to quiet your conscious mind and become more open to input from other, more subtle sources. These subtle voices are sources of information that are normally overwhelmed by the buzz and roar of modern life, not to mention the ceaseless chatter of your conscious mind. While these sources usually remain unheard, they are more attuned to your inner feelings and needs than your conscious mind.

Are you wondering what all this has to do with finding your true purpose in life? It goes something like this. Once you can be comfortable being alone with yourself and present in the moment, you can hear the subtle signals that your conscious mind drowns out. Now what you can do is focus on the question, “What is my purpose?” and allow the answer to appear in the quiet space you have cleared in your mind. By giving yourself space without distractions, and focusing on this single question, you clear space for the answer to come to you. Eventually, be it in days, weeks, or months, you will notice a change.

Recognizing this change and understanding what you need to do next to truly understand your purpose is the subject of the Discover Your Purpose portion of the Law to Success program. If you would like to learn more, please visit the Law to Success Review at http://TheLawToSuccess.com/

The DISC Model and the Law to Success Mastery Program

The DISC model of human personality types is a powerful tool for success. Your ability to identify a person’s primary DISC personality style, and to use that knowledge appropriately is the key to Adrian Law’s Platinum Rule (which is the subject of another article altogether). So what exactly is the DISC model and why should you care?

DISC was developed nearly 100 years ago (in the 1920′s to be exact) by Professor William Marsden. After studying the behavior of a large group of people, the Professor determined that there are 4 unique behavior styles possessed by each human being, with one of them being dominant. If you understand a person’s main DISC personality type, you can communicate with them more effectively, a skill which sits at the heart of the Platinum Rule.

The DISC acronym stands for the four personality style Professor Marsden identified: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. Each individual’s personality style has profound effects not only on the way they live their lives, but on the most successful ways for you to interact with them. For example, a person with a primarily high-D personality will usually be a take-charge character interested in accomplishing tasks and getting stuff done. A high-I person, on the other hand, will be very people-oriented and more interested in telling stories and talking about themselves than in accomplishing tasks or being productive.

Because each personality type values different things, and we all tend to like people who are most like us, you need to take a person’s DISC style into account when dealing with them. If you’ve ever tried to chit-chat with a high-D person, or stay right on task with a high-I person, you know the futility of trying to interact with a person using a style that isn’t compatible with their own. That makes the ability to recognize each person’s DISC style and alter your approach appropriately a major determinant of your success in dealing with them.

In the Law to Success program, you will learn practical techniques for recognizing a person’s DISC personality style as well as show you how to interact with them in ways that will make you both happy while getting you what you want. 3 Keys to Apply the Law of Attraction: Module 2 of the Law to Success

As the movie, The Secret so clearly showed, there are certain sets of beliefs that make it possible to achieve whatever you want in life. But knowing of these beliefs (primarily the Law of Attraction), and even holding these beliefs yourself, is not enough to guarantee that you will get the results you want, or any results at all. If that were the case, then all the many millions of fans of The Secret movie, as well as the readers of Earl Nightingale’s 1950′s book, The Greatest Secret, would all have achieved all they want in life already. In the Law to Success, Adrian Law shows that there’s more you need to do. You need to use the three keys to applying the Law of Attraction to your life successfully. Here are those three keys.

Be Present in the Moment

Those who succeed in applying the Law of Attraction are “present.” In other words, their full attention is on whatever it is they are doing in the here and now. Letting your mind drift from what you are doing to what has happened in the past or might happen in the future is very common. Yet those who are most successful manage to keep their thoughts on the present. That ability is integral to their success.

Be Clear

It is impossible to achieve any goal if you are not clear on exactly what your goal is. Giving yourself vague goals like “get rich,” or “be successful” is pointless. Such vague goals have no power to inspire you or attract anything. The people who are most successful at attracting what they want know exactly what they want, in very precise detail. Because their goals are so precise and exact, they become easier to achieve.

Ask Yourself Quality Questions

Whether we realize it or not, we’re constantly asking ourselves questions. What we ask, and how we ask it will determine whether or not we get what we want in life. The act of asking good, empowering questions focuses our minds on attracting what we want. Poor questions will lead us nowhere, or get us thinking about the things we don’t want in our lives. You think about the answers to the questions you ask yourself, and you attract to yourself the thing you think about, so asking questions that deal with achieving your goals automatically puts you in the right place for the Law of Attraction to bring you the things you want most.

In the Law to Success program, you will learn practical techniques for how to be present in whatever you are doing, be really clear on what you want, and ask yourself the kinds of questions that put the Law of Attraction to work for you.
